SHOWING REQUIREMENTS

Schedule showings online at Oak Harbor Property Management website, rentoakharbor.com/availability. For a Property available now, an application is not required prior to showing. For a Property not available now, one tenant must apply at rentoakharbor.com/availability prior to showing. Application must be completed 12 hours prior to scheduled showing or the showing will be automatically canceled. Application transferable to any Property for up to three months. Application does not guarantee availability. Additional Tenant(s) application required prior to leasing but not mandatory prior to showing.

APPLICATION INFORMATION

Each person 18 years or older must complete separate application. Photo ID, 1 year rental history OR proof of recent homeownership, and 2 most recent pay stubs or 2 years most recent tax return for self-employed are required. Bank statements required upon request. Advertised deposit and monthly rent subject to change based on application screening results. Comprehensive reusable tenant screening report are not accepted. Credit score less than 620, income less than 3 times monthly rent, high debt, charge offs, collections, bankruptcy, and criminal record significantly increases likelihood of application denial. Application can be assigned to a different Property within 90 days. Accepted applicant(s) will be issued online lease agreement for signing. At least 1 applicant(s) will be notified via email with secure AppFolio access if application is denied. Application Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
