• AppFolio Tenant Portal activated with zero balance (deposit and rent paid in full).
• Applicable utilities in Tenant name(s) submitted by email.
• Upload proof of insurance to ALL AppFolio Tenant Portals or you will auto-enrolled in AppFolio insurance.
