Application must be completed 12 hours prior to scheduled showing or the showing will be automatically canceled. Application transferable to any Property for up to three months. Application does not guarantee availability. Additional Tenant(s) application required prior to leasing but not mandatory prior to showing.

(2). Security deposit listed is minimum amount and subject to change. Nonrefundable administrative fee $400. Each applicant requires PetScreening profile regardless of pet(s) and/or service/companion/emotional support animal(s) completed via rentoakharbor[dot]petscreening[dot]com. Applicant(s) responsibility to confirm cell phone, internet, cable, etc. availability. Each Tenant required to provide proof of $100,000 tenant liability insurance.
